All tarot readings, card meanings, and daily content are provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only. They are symbolic interpretations and are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Always seek a qualified professional for those matters.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Orders and payment

The site itself is free. Every reading, page and tool onMemento Arcana is free to use, there is no subscription and no paid tier, and nothing is held back behind a payment. The only thing you can buy from us is a physical product from the store, and this section is about those orders.

• Prices and availability may change at any time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. By paying, you authorise the charge for your order total including shipping and any applicable taxes.
• Products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy for details.
• We may cancel and refund an order if it cannot be fulfilled or if we suspect fraud.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, and designs are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.
